SOUTHPORT'S SERVICE REQUESTER allows you to electronically submit maintenance requests relating to your rental unit and provides peace of mind that your requests are received and reponded to in a timely fashion. This feature also provides the ability to view the status as well as giving you a history of all your maintenance requests during your stay at Southport. 

When you login, the system will recognize who you are and the location of your rental unit. Simply provide basic information relating to the nature of the maintenance request or problem and click "Submit".

After Hours Urgent Maintenance Requests

All non urgent concerns may be handled through CMMS online maintenance request system.  

All phone calls for maintenance requests will be made to 204-428-6037.  Please follow the directions on the recording, this includes after hours urgent calls.

After hours calls directly to service providers will no longer be accepted.
